1.Make sure you provide correct Registration Number as indicated in your Admission Letter.
2.Make sure you provide correct Password to login (By default,Your password is the same as your Registration Number ) .
3.Make sure you change your password after logging in for the first time .
4.If you are having more than one registration Number or taking more than once course, make sure you use one as primary (Registration Number /Main) and once you have logged in, you can register other registration number on your account in step 8 .
Procedure to be followed ONLY by the students who have received admission letters and have accepted the course admitted in.
1.Admission Procedure:
- Follow the procedure as indicated in the CHECKLIST document.
2.Returning of Original Admission documents .
(We highly recomend the documents to be in PDF format ):
- You should bring with you : Admission documents, Admission letter, the original and copies of K.C.S.E. results slip or other relevant certificates during the registration day. In addition,you are required to submit your NHIF Card and or Insurance cover policy number on registration day for your medical cover
3.Returning of Admission documents online

All documents listed in STEP 3 above EXCEPT Students Personal Details Form(F-2-59-8-7) , should also be uploaded online in soft copy(Should be scanned and Uploaded into the system, using the below procedure).
- Click on Admitted Students login link and enter your registration number and password as indicated in your admission letter.
- Please fill in all the information from step 1 to 9 and save.
- To upload all the above documents online,go back to step 7 and upload all the documents one by one and indicate th name of the document below it and click on "Upload document button"
- Click on step 9 (Complete) to confirm if you entered all the information required.

NOTE: Make sure you upload aclear official profile photo (Passport) which will be used for printing your Student ID and other Jkuat services, also change your password if your have logged in for the first time.
Procedure to be followed ONLY by the continuing JKUAT students .
1.Updating of personal details before reporting date :

All continuing students are required to update their personal details online using the below procedure.
- Click on Admitted Students login link and enter your current registration number and password (Reg Number) and click login button.
- Please fill in all the information from step 1 to 9 and save.
- Skip step 7 (Documents uploads) since it ONLY applies to new students
- Click on step 9 (Complete) to confirm if you entered all the information required.
